How to use dried Cordyceps
1. Direct use
Because dried Cordyceps has been thoroughly cleaned and sterilized, you only need to soak it in hot water about 60-70 degrees Celsius for about 3 minutes to be able to eat it right away. And when eaten, dried Cordyceps has a slightly fatty, delicious taste that is easy to enjoy.
2. Use to make tea
This is the most common use of dried Cordyceps. You need to take about 10-20 Mushrooms into the teapot, add a little boiling water and rinse it through. Then, pour 100-150ml of hot water into it, let it sit for about 5 minutes to be used. After drinking all the water, please eat the dried part of Cordyceps to achieve the best effect.
Dried Cordyceps Tea has a beautiful yellow color, smells good, you should use it twice a day, in the morning after waking up, before breakfast and at night before going to bed (it is best to drink before and after eating about 30 minutes to be effective).
3. Use to cook porridge

4. Use to soak honey
